The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Maritime Administration (MARAD) has announced a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the FY 2026 Small Shipyard Grant Program, which provides funding to support capital improvements and workforce development initiatives at small shipyards across the United States.
