The Build America Center (BAC) will mobilize the use of innovative finance, funding, and project delivery solutions to foster new approaches to transportation infrastructure development projects. In collaboration with the U.S. Department of Transportation, the BAC will lead cutting-edge research, deliver innovative training, and provide customized technical assistance in support of the Implementation of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.

The Major Project Database, sponsored by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and meticulously developed by the Build America Center, stands as a premier resource for project analysis and benchmarking within the construction and infrastructure sectors. This comprehensive database encompasses over 140 major surface projects at a total value of more than $200 billion procured in the past two decades, offering both structured and unstructured data to its users.
